Autism Unravelled is an independent organisation established by experienced practitioners. They provide a professional and effective assessment, therapy and training service specialising in Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) for people of all ages. They wanted to raise awareness about autism and drive the message of a welcoming, professional and effective services they provide, specialising in ASC for people of all ages. They enlisted the help of Spotted to establish a stronger social media presence. Through that message they wanted to increase the client base in London and outskirts of London and to grow the brand and turn customers into advocates.

•STRATEGY

Their social media goal was to Build brand awareness & Community engagement, so the strategy revolved around building trust and customer relations. This meant putting out content that was useful and relevant to existing and new audience and presenting it in a new consistent style.

The bulk of the content included inspirational quotes, posts which add value and help their ideal client, posts that create connections with their client and posts that promote or sell their service. This content mix helped them to develop a good relationship with their followers, established them as an expert and helped build interest and trust.
